These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prosperithia, a software product operated under the Sinaptix AI brand and developed within the Sinaptix Software division (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter or import into Prosperithia. Prosperithia displays and analyzes the data you provide but does not verify its accuracy or completeness.
You may use the Service for your personal financial tracking, budgeting, analytics, and planning purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including not to: access the Service in ways that could damage or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time without notice.
We may update, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We may also change the software, interface, and functionality as part of ongoing development.
Prosperithia offers two paid subscription plans: a Monthly plan billed at $9.99 per month and an Annual plan billed at $99.99 per year. A 14-day free trial is available to eligible new subscriptions. The user selects either monthly or annual billing. The 14-day free trial applies to eligible new subscriptions. The selected paid subscription begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled. The Monthly plan is billed monthly. The Annual plan is billed once per year. Your selected payment method is charged through Stripe at the start of each billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically delete your financial data. Account or data deletion is a separate action that you can perform within Settings.
After cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Following the end of your paid period, access to subscription features may be restricted.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact support.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we determine appropriate. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinaptix AI and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Sinaptix AI and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Prosperithia name, trademarks, or other proprietary content except as necessary to use the Service.
The Service may interact with or rely on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
Existing pricing may change for future subscription periods with appropriate notice where required. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
